Activity- based workspaces with unique qualities

​In a historic building on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam, we had the opportunity to renovate the office of SET Ventures. The activities of the team members of SET Ventures constantly vary; sometimes they need silence to review complex documents, while other times they require privacy for client meetings, and during regular work, it's beneficial to have contact with colleagues.
To accommodate these different needs, we created activity-based workspaces where each workstation has a unique quality to facilitate various tasks optimally. 
Furthermore, it was important for SET Ventures that the construction activities minimally disrupted their daily operations. Therefore, it was decided to do the full renovation during the spring break. Through seamless coordination among the contractor, interior builder, installer, and other suppliers, we managed to renovate the entire office in one week.
